How to participate in the X LMF

X LMF is scheduled for May 16-18, 2024. This year, the conference will once again take place in one of Lviv’s largest bomb shelters.

During the full-scale war, we adjusted the format and concentrated on issues vital for international backing of Ukraine. The focus theme of the X LMF is “Common Language for Common Sense: Search For Meaning in Polarized World”. The conference will be held in English with simultaneous translation into Ukrainian.

The conference will be especially appealing to:

International funds, humanitarian, and media organizations
International organizations investigating war crimes
Analysts and analytical centers dealing with topics like propaganda, disinformation, media, and narratives in general — and particularly with Ukraine.
Journalists and editors from Ukrainian and foreign:

Social-political outlets;
Niche media about media;
Specialized media on politics, geopolitics, society, history.

Please note that due to the format, we must limit the number of attendees. Registering does not guarantee participation in the X LMF. You will receive an email response within 10 working days of submission. The organizers reserve the right to refrain from providing explanations regarding the selection results.

“We do not sell tickets to this year’s conference — admission will be free,” says Olga Myrovych, the head of the Lviv Media Forum. “However, we encourage guests of the X LMF to make a contribution to our work so that we can continue to support Ukrainian journalists and media.” The Lviv Media Forum invites all conference guests to make a donation towards the development of our ongoing media psychological support program.
