Important: The Lviv Media Forum community is under attack from phishing scammers

Over the past week, members of the Lviv Media Forum community have been receiving Signal messages inviting them to participate in the LMF 2026 conference, allegedly sent by our team. This is a phishing attack. Registration for the LMF 2026 conference is not open.

The person introducing herself as Zhanna Beshyrova, an “event manager of the Lviv Media Forum,” has never worked for our organization.

The message being circulated looks similar to this:

If you have received such a message, do not click on any links. If you have already clicked, please update your password and enable two-factor authentication for your email.

All official updates about the conference will be posted on our website and on our  Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn.
