Who we are:

Lviv Media Forum is a non-governmental organisation that has been systematically supporting and developing independent media and institutions since 2013. We promote healthy public dialogue both in Ukraine and abroad. We are looking for someone who is ready to master the profession of grant writer.

What you will do:

  • Search and analyse grants: track competitions, maintain a calendar of grant opportunities, analyse potential donors, and propose ideas to the team.
  • Create grant applications: gather information, prepare applications and necessary documents, communicate with donors.
  • Preparing presentations: creating materials for donors.
  • Grant administration: maintaining documentation, monitoring project deadlines and reporting, coordinating with departments, assisting in the conclusion of financing agreements.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Desire for improvement: motivation to master the new profession of grant writer and actively learn.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to systematise large amounts of information, build logical arguments and find cause-and-effect relationships.
  • Responsibility and independence: the ability to take responsibility for tasks, pay attention to details, work effectively independently and manage several processes simultaneously.
  • Communication skills: the ability to clearly formulate thoughts, not be afraid to ask questions, clarify and actively interact within a team.
  • English level: B2 for fluent reading of professional texts and business correspondence
  • Proactivity: openness to new experiences, willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback.
  • Location: residence in Lviv or willingness to relocate.
