Job opening: Content Creator at Lviv Media Forum team
Lviv Media Forum is a non-governmental organization that strengthens media, institutions, and public actors capable of fostering a healthy public dialogue in Ukraine and beyond.
Our goal is an effective and democratic society, united by healthy communication. The organization was founded in 2013 to bring together media professionals from Ukraine and around the world once a year in Lviv for the LMF conference. Over the years, we have grown into an ecosystem of people, organizations, and projects that support media, develop comprehensive solutions for them, and promote the best media practices in Ukraine and globally.
We are looking for a Content Creator who will produce content for the organization’s own platforms.

Role's main responsibilities for the future:
- Participate in developing strategies to promote the organization’s projects and products;
- Prepare content about the organization’s projects and programs for Lviv Media Forum platforms according to the content plan;
- Layout and publish email newsletters;
- Create video content for social media (Reels, Stories);
- Update content sections on the website;
- Assist in organizing public events (online and offline);
- Monitor content reach and, if needed, adapt it based on performance analysis;
- Collaborate with communications department contractors (film crew, targeting specialist);
- Advantageous: ability to create visual materials in Figma/Canva based on existing branding and templates.
What we expect from you:
- Ability to write clearly and naturally in Ukrainian and English (English level B2 or higher);
- Experience in communications or SMM of at least 1 year;
- Ability to correctly prioritize tasks;
- Desire to work in and contribute to the development of the civil sector alongside us.
Important: We are looking only for candidates who live in Lviv or are planning to relocate.
