Media harvest of X LMF: a selection of materials worth to read
Over the past few weeks, many materials based on the conference have been published, so we have prepared a selection of the most interesting ones.
- "Each of us has a trauma": how war affects mental state of Ukrainians. The key points of the conversation between British neurosurgeon Henry Marsh and Olga Rudneva, head and co-founder of Superhumans.Centre.
- Interview with Timothy Garton Ash, Oxford professor and historian, on how Ukraine and the world are still trying to find common ground in the third year of a full-scale war.
- Russian disinformation and propaganda have created the basis for the war in Ukraine, says Ola Myrovych, head of the X LMF team, in an interview with The Geopost.
- How Ukraine’s leading publisher Ukrayinska Pravda is growing its non-hard news coverage. Executive Director Andriy Boborykin on his plans to use new technology and sports verticals to diversify revenues.
- Russia is not only a colonial power, but also a state of Russian domination, says Terrell Starr, a well-known African-American journalist who is trying to build bridges of trust with Ukraine —the main thesis of his speech at the conference.
Stay tuned to our social media channels, where we will be publishing even more materials on the results of this year's conference.
Since 2013, LMF has been the largest media conference in Eastern and Central Europe. It is organized by the NGO Lviv Media Forum. Last year, organizers changed the format, focusing on issues critical for international support of Ukraine during the ongoing full-scale war.
