Lviv Media Forum Accepts Applications for Strategic Media Support

Lviv Media Forum invites Ukrainian media outlets to apply for financial support under the Strategic Media Support Program. We will select 15 editorial teams to help implement strategic development plans focused on enhancing capacity, expanding projects, diversifying revenue streams, and improving content quality.

What Can Editorial Teams Receive?

Each selected editorial team will receive financial support of €3,000. These funds can be used for operational expenses, content creation and promotion, consultations, training, technical support, design, or the purchase of necessary software and digital tools.

Eligibility CriteriaSupport from Lviv Media Forum under this program is available to media outlets that:

  • Have been operating in the Ukrainian market for at least two years;
  • Continued working during the full-scale war (or resumed operations after a temporary suspension);
  • Have a transparent ownership structure and legal income;
  • Produce high-quality, socially significant content;
  • Publish content in Ukrainian or other languages;
  • Do not spread disinformation or hate speech, including in the context of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, and are not politically biased;
  • Adhere to professional journalism standards and ethical codes;
  • Have a development/growth plan or concept.
