Lviv Media Forum 2020 will not take place due to the pandemic COVID-19

The largest media conference of Central and Eastern Europe was planned in Lviv on May 28-30.

However, being aware of all the preconditions and risks of this decision, Lviv Mediaforum cannot neglect the safety of participants, speakers and partners and the level of organization of the event. Therefore, the next forum will be held in May 2021.

The team will contact all participants, registered on LMF 2020, personally and agree on the issue of tickets.

Instead, the Lviv Media Forum is preparing a series of online and offline events for the media, which will be announced very soon.

“The mission of our organization is to improve the quality of communication in Ukrainian society and to promote healthy media. That's why we work. Our “branded” three-day media fest in Lviv is a great format for accomplishing this mission, but nowadays circumstances force the event to be postponed.

We will reconfigure the work of the team to support the media and journalists at risk in every possible way", - says Yurii Opoka, NGO Lviv Media Forum Head.
