Join the LMF 2026 Volunteer Team

Lviv Media Forum is opening volunteer registration for LMF 2026 — an annual international conference that brings together media professionals, researchers, public intellectuals, politicians, and civil society representatives from Ukraine and around the world.

This year’s conference will take place on May 14–16, 2026, in Lviv. The central theme is “Reality Under Attack: Flight, Freeze, or Fight?”

All events within the conference program will be held in English (without translation).

Who we are looking for:

  • students, active youth, and those passionate about volunteering;
  • early-career media professionals who would like to attend LMF.

What you will get:

  • experience working at a large-scale international event;
  • networking with leading media professionals and experts;
  • new connections and access to the LMF community;
  • a certificate and a letter of recommendation (upon request);
  • a professional portrait photo for LinkedIn;
  • a volunteer party and merch for the most active participants.

Possible areas of involvement include: participant registration, speaker and guest coordination, logistics support, room assistance, and hostess roles.

Join if you:

  • have English proficiency at B1 level or higher (B2+ is an advantage);
  • are open, responsible, and proactive;
  • are ready to work in a dynamic environment and handle various tasks;
  • have or would like to gain volunteer experience and are interested in the media field.

Please note: participation requires mandatory attendance on May 13 (general rehearsal) and May 14–16; travel and accommodation expenses are not covered.
