Civic Diplomacy Hub: Open Call for the Pilot Program

The Lviv Media Forum is launching Civic Diplomacy Hub, a training program designed for Ukrainian changemakers who engage in international dialogue in the interests of Ukraine and aim to strengthen their impact. Through practical training and mentorship, the program helps participants build their personal brand and gain the skills to effectively promote Ukraine’s perspective on the global stage.

Who the program is for:

Managers and campaigners of non-governmental organizations, community leaders working with international audiences, public experts, participants in cultural diplomacy initiatives, and professionals active in international networks — including entrepreneurs, civil servants, and others.

The pilot program includes:

  • Three days of in-person training in Kyiv (November 28–30);
  • Development and online defense of a personal project — a strategy for increasing visibility in international dialogue (first half of December);
  • Mentorship consultations.

Throughout the program, participants will:

  • Learn to debate constructively and present your ideas with confidence;
  • Identify and overcome internal biases that may hinder integration into international contexts;
  • Gain a better understanding of how international organizations operate and how to build effective networks;
  • Discover how to develop and promote your own international brand, and design a personal strategy for growth.
