LMF Talks 2.0: "Invasion" by Luke Harding: about the first months of the great war
We are continuing the topic of LMF 2023 and talking about the future of media, documenting crimes, and Ukraine in the context of European civilization. The next guest of the LMF Talks project is British journalist Luke Harding. He will present his book "Invasion: The Inside Story of Russia's Bloody War and Ukraine's Fight for Survival", published in Ukrainian by Vivat Publishing.
LMF Talks is a series of public online and offline events of various formats focused on the future. The future of Ukraine as part of Western civilization and Ukrainian media as part of the European and global media space.
The event will take place on July 18 at 18:30 - LMF Talks 2.0: Luke Harding's "Invasion": about the first months of the great war. Location: Lviv Media Hub.
The book covers the events from February to September 2022 and is based on reports from the front line.
Luke Harding is a British journalist, writer and foreign correspondent for The Guardian, the first foreign journalist since the Cold War to be forcibly expelled from the Russian Federation and added to the Kremlin's "blacklist". He is the author of eight documentary books translated into thirty languages.
The event will be moderated by Anton Semyzhenko, a journalist, editor, and head of the English-language editorial office of the Babel media resource.
At the event, you will be able to buy the book and have it signed by the author.
Participation in LMF Talks is free. To join, please fill out the registration form. Language of the event: English with simultaneous translation into Ukrainian. The event will be streamed online in English and Ukrainian.
