Francisak Viacorka

Franak Viacorka (born in Belarus) is research media analyst for U.S. Agency for Global Media focusing on digital markets of Russia and Eurasia. Franak is particularly interested in Russian and Chinese efforts to control the global media space, spread disinformation and build the sovereign internet infrastructure.

Franak ia also Vice President for Digital Communication Network and Creative director for Radio Free Europe Radio Liberty Belarus service.

Franak has served as a consultant for the U.S. Department of Defense, Freedom House, and the Broadcasting Board of Governors, spoke at various events in the National Endowment for Democracy, Atlantic Council.

He graduated from American University in Washington D.C. and Warsaw University in Poland, he also studied at Belarus State University, Georgetown University, and European Humanities University.
